I normally do not take the time to write a review on anything; however, this senior apt complex deserves a review. I can only tell you my families experience and hope by sharing you make a decision about if this is a place you elect to stay. Our experience was my family member deceased while living in the apt (after 10 years). The apt management wanted to flip the unit; however we needed time to settle her estate. As a result we paid 2 months rent to give the family time to empty the unit and properly grieve. The management harvested the appliances during our paid time. Dealing with the logistics of packing up a deceased love one's apt while grieving is incredible heavy. To have management physically remove appliances you are actively using makes an already stressful situation much more frustrating. The NH law under NH RSA 540-A excludes this and will issue a civil penalty of $1000/day for each violation. We elected to continue our packing without us the appliance. I can not say anything nice about a place that does not understand when one pays went they have complete use of all item inside the apt during that rental agreement and by removing appliances Conneect55 breaches the rental agreement. (Appliances were removed to service another tenant, leaving an empty void and depriving us of an appliance we were actively using to pack.)
