Terwilliger Plaza

Terwilliger Plaza is a continuing care retirement community in Portland, Oregon, offering independent living, assisted living with 24/7 on-site licensed nurses, and memory support services. Established in 1962, it operates as a stand-alone, independent nonprofit organization with a resident-majority Board of Directors.

The community comprises multiple residential buildings, including a newer ten-story independent living residence designed with Passive House principles, a twelve-story residence offering studios and one and two-bedroom apartments, and an eight-story residence with two and three-bedroom homes. Licensed assisted living and residential care services are provided in a residential setting with 24/7 nursing support.
