The team and Jessica at Tanner springs had been wonderful. Not only are they responsive and organized but provide wonderful care. The community grounds and building is affordable and beautiful. I would suggest this property for anyone who’s looking for long term care.

Finding the right place for a loved one is one of the hardest decisions a family can make, and Tanner Springs Assisted Living has given many real peace of mind. Over the years I've worked with many of their care staff and residents and it was clear this is a community where people genuinely care. The staff are the heart of this place. Many of them have been there for years, and it shows — they know the residents personally, remember the little details, and treat everyone with warmth and dignity. This kind of consistency is rare and truly invaluable when it comes to senior care. Katrina, the director, sets the tone for the entire community. She's thoughtful, approachable, and clearly passionate about creating an environment where residents feel at home. The events she organizes bring so much life and joy to the community — it's evident she puts real care into making Tanner Springs feel like more than just a facility. If you're looking for a place where your loved one will be seen, celebrated, and well cared for, I can't recommend Tanner Springs highly enough. It's the kind of community that makes a genuinely difficult transition feel like the right decision.

This is a great building! I have worked in many and it always matters how they look and smell, how they greet visitors, and how cared for and engaged the residents seem. Tanner checks all those boxes and more! It’s quiet, set in a residential area, and they just did a huge remodel!

Tanner Springs is truly an exceptional community, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jessica, their Sales and Marketing Director. She is absolutely amazing and has consistently gone above and beyond with every referral I’ve brought her. Jessica makes tours and move‑ins seamless — her communication is flawless, her follow‑through is unmatched, and she treats every individual and family as though they are part of her own. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care shine through in everything she does. It’s rare to find someone who brings this level of heart and professionalism to their work, and Jessica sets the standard. The community itself is beautiful, warm, and welcoming, but it’s Jessica who truly elevates the experience. Tanner Springs is incredibly fortunate to have her, and I am grateful every time I get to work with her and the team. Highly recommend — 5+ stars all the way.
