I love the Care that my mom gets at Rose Linn care center. The people the staff are very loving, caring and considerate of the patients. The places clean always and the food is very good. My mom loves the food and I think the nutritionalist is Just-fabulous I love the Care that my mother gets there.

My sister has been at Rose Linn Vintage Place for 23 years. She started out being one of the youngest residents, but now she is probably average age of majority of residents. I live out of state but have visited my sister many times and at various hours. Throughout the years I have found that the staff have always been very friendly, caring and accommodating to my sister. As you can imagine there have been staff changes over 23 years yet the caring, professional type of personnel seems to be obtained at Rose Linn. I honestly can't say enough about this facility. They take very good care of my sister. Transparent, good communication, responsive and professional are the important factors for me and my family in the care of our loved one. I highly recommend Rose Linn Care Center to care for your loved ones.

Caring workers when they did respond were kind and considerate. The call button didn't work reliably or the roommates often got the attention instead. No TV in room provided. Not enough out of bed time and too much confinement to the wheelchair.<br>Not getting tended to get to the restroom, thus sat in soiled pants.<br>Blaze, the PT would get 5 stars because he was great at motivating, encouraging and problem solving. He seemed to perceive what I was capable of accomplishing and helped me meet my end goal.

My mom spent 9 months at Rose Linn, starting in the Assisted Living, moving to Memory Care and finally in the Skilled Nursing Facility. No place is perfect and we had our moments however, I am so glad I found this place for her because she was happy and safe the last months of her life.<br>As a RN and having worked in a number of care facilities, I know what is acceptable and what is not. I observed that the staff are very caring, I often saw them hugging her (you couldnt spend long around my mom with out hugs) and she them. I saw them being kind, caring and attentive to other residents in many ways. I also appreciated them having a stable staff in an industry with massive turnover. Hunter, Chandler, Tasha, Phyllis, Jovita, Annika, Kimberly, and many others (so sorry, I didnt remember all the names) became like family to my mom and to me.<br>The facility was clean and my moms room never smelled (and it easily could have).<br>I wasnt sure what to expect when she had a stroke and had to move to the SNF part of the facility, but once again, the staff were very attentive, obviously cared about the residents and the place was very clean (really important to me). We appreciated the extra touches with the amazing hospice team and the respect with with we were treated in moms final hours.<br>While Rose Linn was a little farther from my home than I would have liked, it was worth it because I never had to worry about whether my mom was lonely, scared or unsafe. I knew that she was in great hands and that is worth a longer drive!<br>I will miss my visits to Rose Linn, because I miss my mom but I also became attached to staff and residents and shall miss them. I hope they know how much they contributed to my moms quality of life and how much that meant to me. I would definitely recommend Rose Linn to anyone for any level of care needed.
