I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and professional environment for their loved one. My experience with this facility was very disappointing. The staff lacked compassion, communication was poor, and there seemed to be little concern for the residents’ overall well-being. A nursing home should be a place where residents feel respected, cared for, and comfortable, but that was not the impression this place gave at all.

There were serious issues with professionalism, attentiveness, and the way concerns were handled. Instead of feeling reassured that residents were in good hands, I left feeling frustrated and heartbroken by the lack of proper care and support. Families trust facilities like this with people they love, and that trust should never be taken lightly.

I truly hope this facility makes major improvements in staffing, communication, and resident care, because the people living there deserve much better.
Overall 0/10!

South Shore Rehabilitation Center has met the needs of my sister following her discharge from the hospital with a serious medical condition. The administrator has been exceptional, and the nurses and nursing assistants have been compassionate, attentive, and professional throughout her stay. I sincerely appreciate the care, support, and dedication shown by the entire team. Thank you for all that you do to make a positive difference in the lives of your residents and their families. Your hard work and commitment are truly valued.

First of all I would like to express that if you want quick response in an life threatening emergency situation, the staff here will be so stubborn to not listen and do whatever they want. Do not trust this center to attend to your loved ones here. They will not act quickly and therefore, are not in any way professional. They are highly judgmental and are very selective in the people they want to help out .
