We took my mother in law there yesterday you couldn't ask for a better staff everyone was super friendly n staff was fantastic I would recommend Sweetwater to everyone we all loved the place

Food is terrible, have lost over 30 pounds since moving into the place in May 2025. Hard to find a caregiver when you have an issue, and apparently they are now taking subsidies from the government to pay for homeless people

My brother has Parkinson’s, the nurses and the staff have been wonderful. To us and our family. Always helpful and kind. Thank you all for your hard work, commitment, compassion. I know it is a calling to do the work you do. Thank you.

I popped in unannounced several days ago on purpose, after looking at how well the placed looked on the outside, I wanted to know if it would be a place I would consider placing a love one. I've been in the healthcare aging industry for over twenty plus years working as a sales manager and sales director. so I'm very critical on my expectations on how a senior community should operate and how it should look and smell. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. I was warmly greeted, even as a pop in and was immediately helped by a very friendly gentleman name Alex. He was happy to show me around, the building was spotless with no foul odor. Actually much larger than I expected and tastefully furnished with clean white furniture, reminding me of a place by the ocean. I ask about six residents how the food was and each of then raved about how good it was ( I can say it really looked good) that day the cook was serving beef tips w/gravy, rice and broccoli. I also request to look in the kitchen, (couldn't go in) but from what I could see, it was very clean, organized and the cook was happy to speak with me about the menus. However, I would like to see a transportation bus and I wasn't shown an activity calendar or a weekly menu. But I would be remiss not to mention how clean the residents were and how content and happy they seem. I also did not feel or see any tension amongst the staff. I honestly would not hesitate to place a family member at Sweetwater Assisted Living, and please take a moment to pop in and see for yourself. It's well worth it! Maybe the next review will be a five star!
