It’s with the heaviest heart that I write this review but I feel like I’m doing a disservice if I don’t. It’s taken me over 8 months to write this review. My father died shortly after staying at this facility for respite. He stayed at this facility for a total of 8 days in which he gained over 30lbs in fluids from edema. No one could tell me why the edema was not noticed, none of the family members or emergency contacts were notified of change in condition, and when we tried to follow up there was no answers and we didn’t even get a I’m sorry or concern that someone who was a patient at this facility had to go to intensive care for fluid overload and passed away from delay in addressing the fluid build up with CHF and Dialysis. I write this as someone who has lost greatly and making the worst decision to trust Sutton gardens with caring for my loved one.
