Our family has used their services for multiple relatives who were needing care. The staff was great everytime! They really care about their clients, and the families. I'm glad we chose sunshine.

Very nice people, great professionals. Accommodated my mentally handicap brother after he had surgery and needed help cleaning his apartment.

Friendly staff, more helpers needed! I enjoy my caregivers and I hope the company appreciates the care they give me by having opportunities to gain more pay or/and flexibility in full-time employment. My helpers are always exhausted not from care they give but the time they drive back and forth all over town.

Called to simply get information about how a loved one can receive services from this company. The DON was extremely rude, short, and seemed irritated because I was asking questions about the company. Based on the call, I wouldn’t trust them with my loved at all. The enrollment process is when you try to sale yours and she could care less.

This place has great staff but the Mgmt Scheduler sucks. They are Not dependable and being a member of the same field, I would not recommend them. I hardly get any sleep because I spend alot of time carrying for my love one instead of sleeping before work. I am now investigating if they are billing Medicaid during the time my love one has no service.
