The past 15 months I have had phenomenal care. The staff has been amazing and I feel like we became family. I made many friends with the residents and I just love and will miss them so much. But I do plan on visiting frequently. Id like to thank Summit Health for giving me the care you have given me. I feel I've gotten one on one care and I've strengthened not only mentally but physically. I will miss each and everyone of you as I venture out on my own. Thanks so much for your kindness and love. Sincerely, Monica Fix
