Just tried delivering groceries here. Not only was the room not on the first floor. But the elevator was out of service. I walked around carrying the groceries and could not find the room. So I went back down to the lobby and the woman at the desk (kind of older and tall/skinny and wore glasses) was very rude to me. I explained to her I didn’t have time to run around the complex looking for the room as I have a time limit and 2 other orders of groceries in my car I have to deliver to other houses. She was rude and said it was my problem and that she couldn’t help me. She also said I couldn’t leave the groceries in the lobby. I ended up returning the order back to the store but she made the experience very frustrating and unprofessional. I was also told this place is very expensive to live and a non working elevator is just ridiculous.
