Kelly took time to get to know my parents individually. She asked them about their lives, both currently and in the past, and let them talk, tell stories, etc. She was skilled at making them feel important and comfortable. She offered great suggestions for how they could improve their lives and safety Now, at their current home, while also demonstrating the ways that an assisted living community could help them feel fulfilled, safe, and connected to others.<br>StoryPoint Granville offers several floor plans that are spacious and more elevated than other communities we toured. While touring, we saw several groups of residents engaged in activities like card games and stuffing little bunnies for babies. They engaged with us and seemed very happy. My mother immediately asked to be put on the waiting list!

What a lovely place. The staff is so supportive and welcoming at such a delicate time in our life. All of my questions have been answered and I know mom will be well taken care of here. The facility is beautiful and the residents seem really happy- Especially with all of the activities and support that is offered. The food is really good and even the activities for the extended family are wonderful. I have been given so much support too by Kelly. Couldn’t say enough good things about this place- It’s an answer to our family’s prayer.

Sickening here!!!!! My family member who lived at Middleton for 5 years died from a pressure sore caused by Middleton staff. I cannot tell you enough that Middleton just wants your money. Since my family member has passed away, we didn't even receive a sympathy card! You are disgusting Middleton! You should be ashamed of yourselves!! If you send a family member here, I highly recommend having a live streaming camera in their room. You'll understand what I'm referring too.

Middleton was an excellent choice for assisted living and additional services for my 95 year-old mother. Staff members (nurses, aides, culinary, front desk, facilities, all others) were kind, caring and went out of their way to be responsive to her needs and to us. Care was effectively coordinated with Ohio’s Hospice of Central Ohio as my mom transitioned. Based on our experience I would highly recommend Middleton to others.
