This place treats the seniors like crap. My parents have lived there 6 years and was never late on their<br>rent and are in their upper 70’s and the landlord decides she’s not going to renew their lease without an explanation. They refuse to put safety handles in the bathroom. If you call and say there’s an issue with something she’ll tell you she’ll send someone out but if they don’t find a problem they charge you for the service call. She refuses to talk to you when you tell her you need to talk to her. She says “she’s too busy”. Whatever you do DO NOT RENT FROM HERE AND DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY LIVE HERE. If you don’t have a pet and somebody box by that does have a pet they’re not allowed on your patio patio. They’re not allowed to come in your apartment even if they are just visiting and she will tell you that if they find out that you had a pet on your property or in your apartment without permission, you can be evicted. That place is probably the worst place I’ve ever seen the treats, senior citizens the way they do that landlady is the worst person that should be running that place and their corporate people will not listen to what anybody tells them because she will lie to them and tell them the opposite of what you say.
