Very nice, everyone was friendly. The mess hall(dining room),was WOW. Lots of things to do and many things to do indoors. There where activities outdoors as well. I think my father will like the wood shop they have. Hell I would move in myself.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about StoryPoint Grand Rapids East! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. The residents are friendly and engaging, creating a strong sense of community that’s hard to find.<br><br>The staff goes above and beyond every single day! They are attentive, compassionate, and genuinely care about each resident’s well-being. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction.<br><br>Meals are thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and offer great variety.<br><br>If you’re looking for a place where comfort, care, and community come together seamlessly, this is it. Highly recommend!

After touring multiple facilities around the Grand Rapids area after visiting Story Point Grand Rapids East I knew it was the one! Absolutely beautiful facility and staff is outstanding. While on tour Kristin was the best you can tell she has a passion for what she does. Thank you!
