My Dad is at Baldwin House Grand Rapids 28th St. And Kalamazoo Ave. We have multiple family members and friends visit him weekly. The cleanliness of the facility inside and out is great. The maintenance staff resolves issues timely and effectively. We know of no insect issues not for any of my dad's new found resident friends. Office staff is attentive, friendly and assist residents and paperwork and billing explained and worked on with resident sides by side. Advisacare 24/7 assistance and medical staff augments Baldwin House very nicely for those who need various levels of care.

Please do not send your family here!! They do not take care of their people they have bed bugs roaches and they will not even help to pay when staff bring them home. They are not team players they let they people sit in piss they have mold in residence room and don’t care, a man was not in his room for 4 weeks when I asked about him and that I have not seen him they said he was here and the 4th week I asked again and they had to make calls to see where he was. This is not a great place I can go on and on..

Baldwin House Lakeside is an exceptional place for seniors! The community is beautifully maintained with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, offering a perfect balance of independence and support. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, providing a wide range of services from independent living to hospice care. The scenic campus, combined with the convenient location near shopping and healthcare facilities, makes it an ideal place to enjoy life. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a warm, supportive senior living community!
