This is a beautiful facility with friendly staff. My relative gets three nice meals a day in a pleasant atmosphere. There is a movie theater, salon, fitness room, library, PT & OT all on site! This place makes it much easier on the family knowing she is well taken care of.

This place has gone downhill since the new administration has taken over. One of the selling points promised by the previous owners were that they had pizza nights with the brick oven. Well to find out the oven is broken and they can not afford to fix it. They also said there was a coffee bar where you could get fancy coffee. Well that is capote also. Currently a lot of the residents are complaining that the food has gotten really bad and service has become very slow. The food has gotten so spicy that they can hardly eat it. It can take 45 minutes to get your order and then it is wrong or served cold. It was somewhat better under the previous ownership. They also change the dining times to 2 hour windows. They used to serve meals from 7am to 7pm. You are promised weekly housekeeping in your apartment, well sometimes no one comes for 2 weeks.<br>administrations comments are we well get back to you. Well when will that happen. I would really like to know when they will get back to a person. Is 2 months not enough time?

My husband Mark spent five months in Memory Care at Cedarstone ( now Storypoint). It is reassuring to know we chose the most beautiful facility with the best caregivers for him.<br>Our family visited daily and was always given a warm welcome by Precious Clark and her friendly staff.<br>The Memory Care unit is well thought-out with good food, lovely spaces and meaningful activities. (Our family enjoyed watching the Packer games with Mark in the pretty family tv room. )<br>But most importantly Bobbie W. and her dedicated staff do everything they can for the residents. We are deeply grateful for the extraordinary compassion, dignity, and comfort they provided during Mark’s stay- and especially during his final days.
