We were greeted at the door and shown great compassion and thro us during our visit. The tour was very complete and throw and the extra available services are going to be a godsend to my family.

New ownership has not been a plus. Food quality has gone down and they no longer offer protein with breakfast. We would not recommend. There are better options for your money. The only reason we don't move my father is the other residents which are his friends.

Just had a great experience touring StoryPoint at Josey Ranch Carrollton. Britton was kind and very knowledgable and gave a very in depth tour. Update: They went up on rent. Took a year off of how long she can live there. Food has gone down hill. They can’t keep constant staff. The breakfast is a joke. They have a lot of work to do before I will let my mom stay! Looking for something else for my mom. I might find a room for her to rent, have breakfast and dinner brought to her every day, hire a driver for her to take her places. Find her a senior community center to join! She would save so much money! Unless they bring her monthly amount down to what she was paying…… I am doing it.<br><br>My mom has been living here for about 8 months. I feel really good about her being here for the rest of her life. She’s surviving!
