The spaces are welcoming and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for residents and visitors alike. The amenities are a highlight—especially the on-site movie theater, which adds a fun and social element to daily life. Its location is also a major plus, making it convenient for families to visit and for residents to stay connected to the surrounding community. Overall, it’s a wonderful place that combines comfort, style, and thoughtful features.

Where do I begin?<br><br>Story Point has made it their point to showcase just how shady of an organization they are.<br>They will slowly have the entire building replaced with their own, I asked. "Why are so many new people here and where are the ones we knew and cared for?" I guess they just didn't adapt.<br>How many residents are going to have severe, upset stomachs before the food actually gets better? Hearing your love ones complain about the food constantly upsetting their stomachs? What exactly is the quality being served here?<br>I have never questioned where I moved my parents in, until Story Point took over. Who are these people you're trusting with our loved ones? Why are medications still being messed up? Why are we being charged for things we aren't receiving? And excuse me, but does the new RN know how to answer an email? Return a message? Frustrating. All of this.<br>This has become your standard nursing home. Where you question now if your loved one is being treated well, and why does management just not care. Why are my loved ones telling me that the new Enrichment Director treats them like they're in Kindergarten?<br>What conglomeration just took over this building?

My father moved into CopperWood Memory Care and lived there for 8 months. We were put into a situation that required a very quick decision and to find Memory Care with open space and incredible staff, not an easy task!<br>We were so happy with the care he received, the staff is wonderful and we never had concern. And there were some difficult moments!! Thank you to CopperWood, who later turned into StoryPoint for the compassion, understanding, care and patience you delivered. We are most grateful for a facility like this during an already difficult chapter.
