The location is easy to find and the staff are fantastic, I had a great experience interacting with the residents in both the assisted living and skilled areas.

My dad only stayed here for a couple weeks, but all of the nurses and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Candice the social worker in particular was a godsend in terms of navigating the incredibly complicated healthcare system.

This place is horrible. Management does not care about the residents or staff. The amount of neglect in this place is overwhelming and just down right sad and inhumane. Do not bring your loved ones in here. The amount of black mold everywhere is disgusting, they leave people in urine stained beds for days they never serve water or drinks to residents. Residents get ignored and forgot about bc of always being understaffed. Then they bring agency in that just cares about getting an extra buck they still don't do their job. There is bed bugs, cockroaches, and even found a baby snake in a residents room. When state shows up they cover up everything and people actually start doing their jobs 🙄 this place is down right ridiculous 😒. And should be shut down immediately. I know of 3 deaths of residents that was due and caused by the cna's.
