I work Hospice. I have one patient there and it’s amazing! They are always well staffed and willing to help. When my dad was going to be placed I really wanted him there. This is the gold star of nursing homes in Jefferson County. The Administrator Cassie is amazing and friendly. 10/10

I would give Crystal Oaks Assisted Living 100 stars if I could. My aunt was on the memory floor and was there for almost 1 year. She had the best nurses. Shannon, Sue, and Bre were her favorites ( and mine). They gave her superior care. My aunt ended up on hospice and her nurses worked right with them making sure she getting the best care. Unfortunately my aunt passed away last week and those three nurses were right by my side when she took her last breath. Sue and Bre even asked if they could be the ones to clean her up instead of hospice. They will always have a place in my heart. They would call if they needed to change her meds, if she fell, or if she was having a bad day. The facility was so clean and the food was good too. If they have something that your loved one didn’t like they would get them something else. This facility is really dedicated to making your loved rooms feel at home.

My father lived at Crystal Oaks for 3 years. Dementia, asthma, depression. But the care he received was excellent. I couldn’t have found more loving and caring people for him. He passed knowing he was loved.

Had family going in for surgery at 5 AM today. When I arrived at Crystal Oaks I was met by an attentive Nurse who told me the shower was completed, his medication had been given and all his paperwork was printed. I was then escorted to my family members room and then sent on our way. This is what I call excellent customer service! Mercy hospital was also impressed stating they do not usually have complete paperwork available for these types of admissions. I would also like to give credit to Crystal oaks transportation service. Pick up was timely and friendly. Keep up the good work!

I can not say enough good things about the caring and compassionate staff at Crystal Oaks Care Center. It is a beautiful facility, but the best thing about it is the people. It is a family and truly feels like a home. My dad is getting great food, great care, and feels cared about. Thank you to everyone from administrative staff to nursing staff to housekeeping staff to maintenance staff. Literally everyone we’ve worked with in the past 6 days (and we were there for all shifts) were dedicated and loving to their residents. We are so fortunate to have a place like Crystal Oaks Care Center❤️
