My sister was a resident at Baisch Nursing Center for a few years, both on the residential side and medical side, mostly the later as she had many, many medical issues. Every department touched my sister's life. Everyone was so very helpful, caring, and loving both to my sister and to me during my visits. The nursing department staff met head on every medical challenge that was presented and did so with dignity and love. The kitchen staff accommodated her dietary requests. Laundry always cleaned her clothes in a timely fashion. The facility was always clean and odor free. Baisch is located in a beautiful rural setting, which is so peaceful. Thank you!!!

Last few months when I've visited a smell hits you as soon as you enter the building. When I see my aunt she looks unkempt...hair standing up (uncombed), spots on her clothing, and never properly dressed for the season. Some of the staff is fine but I believe the other 3/4 is not supervised properly if supervised at all. The staff is inadequate for the number of patients. It's heartbreaking to know that our beautiful elders will take their last breath in such a place. Thank you to the few caregivers who extend care and true compassion!

Not even a one star this place deserves a zero nicotine stained hole in the wall. There is a reason why it pays $18. & still can’t keep anyone.

My mother spent the last days of her long life at the Baisch Nursing Center. I chose this home because of it's size. I wanted a smaller facility for Mom. She was always treated very respectfully. The staff went WAY beyond what was required of them. They would stop in and chat with my Mom on a regular basis. They would fix food items for her just because she was hungry for a particular thing. One lady bought waffles for Mom, because Mom wanted waffles. There are fancier, more modern facilities out there, but I don't think you can beat the personal care your loved one will receive at Baisch. I am very grateful for the facility, and especially for the staff.
