Just got my daughter moved in yesterday for rehabilitation and I cannot say enough wonderful words for the administration on helping my family out. There are such a wide variety of needs for people who have such a diverse disability, sickness and struggles that there is not one place that can 100% accommodate everyone to their liking, but I can say from what I seen, everyone here tries to. If you have not been in other homes, you would not know the difference between places and I have seen alot of positive from here. Smiling faces, residence are happy, well taken care of, and that is really what matters. It is the little things that make a difference, like bringing someone a sandwich when they are still hungry, or moving their tv so they can see it because they have bad eyes. The biggest difference I see, the willingness to help someone. So far I love the communication, the eagerness to help my daughter heal and offer activities and therapies for her. She is still adjusting as this takes time but she even noticed how nice everyone is. My daughter is on medicaid and I am so glad they are able to help us.

No one watches what goes on at night. My relatives were frightened by screaming and yelling after 6pm. They begged me to take them out of there.

Cannot speak for patient care, but as a delivery driver the staff is rude and will ignore you which leaves you wandering around the place trying to find your customer and it stinks soooo bad.

I deliver to this location . Any many times a month. Everyone from the staff to the residents seem happy and in good spirits. Place seems clean all the time

I would give this nursing home 0 stars if possible. It employs the most unprofessional, unempathetic staff who do not want to be bothered or do anything more than the minimum. If you attempt to bring a problem to their attention, it is met with denial or a response that they think you want to hear but nothing changes. They are happy if residents just stay in their rooms. I can not count how many times I entered my family member's room and found them in a dirty condition. The food is awful and not health conscious whatsoever. The poor reviews on here are definitely true. Be careful taking the good reviews into consideration, as I notice that employees have left reviews, which is not supposed to happen. Also, I am surprised that pictures have been left on these reviews, as I was told it was not "legal" to post or take pictures of residents and a violation of HIPAA. I guess it just depends on who does it. So, I will follow-up later with pictures since it seems to be ok and see how long mine stay since they are indicative of the true operations of this facility. I know choices are limited when entering a medicaid facility, but be thorough in researching. Things are not as they want to portray at this facility.
