From the moment we made a call to Angie in Admin, we were impressed with the ‘Scenic’ care and compassion which is all love and joy. Our loved one had been to various other care facilities and never felt safe or at home. However, that was a Scenic forte! Everyone was friendly, someone from community came in weekly and just chatting with residents, aids were up and down hallways delivering fresh water and making sure residents had what they needed, maintenance man came in and fixed sisters wall light before the weekend was over. We were all amazed at the friendliness and helpfulness of nurses, aids, etc. we just kept looking at one another as if to say, can you believe all of this. Most care facilities miss out on the smaller, yet most important details, such as sincerity of caring and best interest of resident. So glad that our hearts were blessed with Scenic care! If I had a million or more dollars, I’d build them a new facility as theirs is quite dated, with a good parking lot, dedicated restroom to room per two residents each and many amenities for residents. Yet, still as it is, Scenic is a gift for so many blessed residents! Thank you Scenic and staff!

My experience with this facility has been incredibly positive, especially when it comes to wound care and overall clinical support. One of the things that truly stands out is the consistency of care provided. There are dedicated treatment nurses available seven days a week, ensuring that wound care needs are addressed promptly and without delay. In addition, a wound care provider comes on-site weekly to evaluate and treat residents. This means residents receive specialized care right where they are, without the stress or inconvenience of being transported to outside appointments, if they prefer. This level of accessibility allows for quicker interventions and close monitoring of progress. The team takes a very attentive and hands-on approach, and you can see the difference in how closely residents are monitored and cared for. There is a strong focus on healing, comfort, and maintaining dignity throughout the process. Communication with families is clear and consistent, which provides peace of mind knowing your loved one is being properly cared for. Overall, this facility provides a supportive, responsive, and clinically strong environment. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will receive consistent care and access to specialized wound treatment, this is a setting that truly prioritizes resident well-being and outcomes.

Our family has trusted this facility with the care of both of our grandparents in memory care, as well as hospice care for our uncle. The staff has consistently shown compassion, patience, and dignity in every interaction. During such emotional times, their support meant everything to us. We are truly grateful for the kindness and care they provided to our loved ones. Highly recommend.
