Absolutely a fantastic assisted living facility! The accommodations are the best and the staff is beyond amazing! I cannot give enough KUDOS to the entire property and staff ! I would beyond a doubt recommend this to anyone looking for an assisted living facility! Thank you for treating my Dad with the utmost care and respect. 🙏❤️

They were letting a family member die, and didn’t care. Extremely poor service. If you love your family member don’t move them there.

Sterling Ridge is a top notch Senior Living community. I’ve lived here for six months and to be honest I wasn’t happy this decision was made by my family. I was not happy.<br><br>Now I am so grateful to be here. Every staff member is caring and kind. I feel like this is my extended family now.<br><br>My personal doctor comes to see me here which is a big plus. Medications are delivered to me. The food is very good and accommodate special requests with a smile.<br><br>Amber is the sales director and I can go to her on needs or questions at any time. She has a smile on her face every time I see her which is amazing for the demanding job she has with multiple departments.

Wayne and Rhiana made a hard day easier on our family. We came to see our Papa who is passing and to help move our nana into the memory care unit.<br>The facility is beautiful and well maintained but the staff are what makes this facility truly special. Every member of their team were respectful, loving, approachable, and gave dignity to residents through the day we spent with nana and papa.<br>Rhiana, THANKYOU so so much from my heart for the loving care you are giving to my nana and papa.<br>Wayne you have my deepest gratitude for going above and beyond for our nana.<br>Both of you stood out as making one of the hardest days a little easier.
