Lexi and Theresa have been doing my infusions and they are so great, nice, and professional! They make me feel comfortable and I enjoy their company. That means a lot when getting treated for a serious illness. Definitely recommend them and Brightstar!

I would put zero stars if I could. Horrible place. Someone in staffing was extremely rude over speakerphone with my roommate and I, and then had the audacity to have an incredibly rude attitude for something that was actually her fault. She admitted that it was her fault and instead of genuinely apologizing she said, "I'm sorry, BUT.." In a deep tone. She got more rude and nasty on the phone afterwards. She kept interrupting and talking over us on the phone. Instead of the original rude woman returning the call, like she said would, she had a woman named Ashley call back. Ashley changed her tune. Turns out Ashley called both times. She sounded like a COMPLETELY different person on the first phone call. Highly unprofessional. Ashley didn't schedule my roommate's infusion today and it was supposed to be today at 4 pm, so she wasted a day of my roommate's life and my roommate is in agony. This is extremely unprofessional. Ashley said, "it's not the nurses fault. I forgot to put your appointment on the schedule. BUT, I am human and humans make errors." How do you FORGET that? She also said, "this doesn't happen often/a lot." This should never happen!! The rude lady is named Ashley! Common name. I'm sure there's multiple Ashley's there.

I love and enjoy working for Brightstar. I service clients with professional compassionate Healthcare needs in their golden years of age with respect and dignity. Meanwhile being supported by staff and management teams that genuinely care about meeting my needs regarding flexible schedules and addressing any possible concerns that may arise in a timely manner.. I feel seen, appreciated and feel encouraged to continue my tender in growing with this company. I'm a happy camper! Lol

I have been working for this company for two weeks and I have had nothing but complete support in every single area of every visit I have done. I’ve had so Many nurses and staff reach out and guide me through My training, I’ve even had nurses check in on me for no reason at all. I do have to say my orientation day was perfection, such detail, high-quality, and this company truly values every employee, every patient and every family member. I am happy to be a Brightstar employee!!
