The Burd Home Healthcare is wonderful. I worked with kind, caring representatives throughout the process of receiving home care. A very professional, kind and caring physical therapist that visited my home to assess my situation was great. I have recommended you to many families i know.

Hope C. Working with Cassandra Durazo at Burd Home Health is a pleasure. She made the process so easy. Most times she answered my calls and when she didn’t she would call me back with minutes. When she said she was going to do something that day she would do it. It was so refreshing working with someone so professional. The simplest things confused me and she would make me feel ok about it and explain to me how to do it. Cassandra is great at her job and polite while doing it.

This is Deloris Roberts. I would like to let you know that Cassandra is awesome. She is very polite and professional. She always explained everything to me so that I understood. She never got off the phone until she knew that I understood. She kept in touch with me and my caretaker and stayed on top of everything. I recommend her highly. She should train others on how to handle clients and caretakers. Thank you Cassandra for a job well done. You are an amazing person and greatly appreciated.

She communicated very well letting me know everything I need to know to help take care of my father. After his stroke its been tough but now it seems like its going to get a lot better for the both of us. Thank you and I appreciate these services from the bottom of my ❤️. I recommend Linda Ramos from Burd Home Health 💯 100%. If I could give 10 stars I would. Keep up the good work. Also its really convenient because the training is online and the clock in and out has its own app. Thanks again. God bless you.

Great support from Linda who made onboarding a breeze. She’s very helpful from the get go through the evaluation process up until we got approval for my son’s care. Linda has been very patient walking me through the whole process. Her communication skills are exemplary, going through every detail making sure I have everything I need. It’s a pleasure working with Linda.
