I use to be a patient her in 2023 the staff is very rude , disrespectful, not caring you want something you gone wait till they done talking before you get anyone to pop in. I tried calling now and yesterday no one answers the phone. They here for a easy paycheck this place need to be evaluated by the nursing bureau or someone. Don't go unless you just really that desperate for neglect.

This place almost killed our friend. He was there for almost 2 months and they mistreated him so badly didn't give him the medicine he needed that he almost died. They decided to send him to another facility to have them take the blame for what they did to him and thank goodness the other to facility actually to took the time to treat him and send him to the hospital to get help. He had a wound on his leg they weren't even cleaning that got so bad it ended up infecting his blood. He ended up worse there then when he started. Please don't let your family members go there. Also wanted to mention I have called the number provided by the response given by them. It's not the director's phone number. It's the number to the facility and they don't answer.

I traveled from Colorado to Nevada to see someone I care about there, when I walked in his room I saw it out of order in clean floor not mopped sheets on his bed not changed just nothing done… so I cleaned his room changed sheets (this man cannot get out of bed) gave him a sponge bath (they don’t ) dry skin everywhere found a couple of sores 🤬. I took care of MY HUMAN for the 3 days I was there the staff never gave him PT OR ANYTHING ELSE NO WONDER AFTER 2 YEARS HE CANT GET OUT HIS BED THEY LEAVE HIM THERE. If your going to be in health care DO YOUR DO YOUR JOB MOTHER AND SHE DID VERY WELL❤️

Good morning, dear patient who is thinking of coming to this rehabilitation center. Let me tell you that there is no medication available when you arrive to give it to him and you can go up to more than 15 hours without being given any medication and enduring pain all night where the care is very poor. You can get tired of calling and sending for sister, okay manager or the night supervisor who is in charge of the institution and will not show his face so that you are aware that this can happen so that you come psychologically prepared.

I come here often to visit my friend. The staff are always friendly and the grounds are kept fairly clean which is great for this area. I like it. My friend has nothing bad to say about it. And neither do I.
