I've lived here for 11months now recently renewed my lease, this 55 + community is absolutely fantastic!! Great staff JB Julie and Patsy are the best , friendly staff caring and always making sure your home is safe. Haven't encountered any problems. The events are always a good time with great food. I'd recommend living here to anyone looking for a beautiful community . It's well kept an peaceful! I love it here ..

Wanted to update review after 4 years as they still have WONDERFUL, ATTENTIVE & FAST SERVICE!! My AC went out after 5pm on a blistering Sunday and Rudy was here within 30 minutes making a quick repair. Such a cheerful, sweet attitude!They have the best people working here!<br><br>My original review 4 years ago:<br><br>I feel like I am on vacation every day! This apt complex is truly resort living and I felt like part of their family from the moment I applied! Even though the complex is older (which I love!), they keep it so well maintained, I actually cried when I saw my new place for the fist time. Everything from the kitchen counters to the carpet to the entire bathroom was NEW and I was even offered a choice in the size of fridge I wanted--how can you beat THAT? Sparkling pool, lush tropical island-style landscaping, and patios like lanai's--absolutely everything anyone could wish for. Even though it is very quiet, people are friendly, helpful and lively! Janice was truly marvelous and made the whole process easy. You can just feel the love and caring emanating from them! Come for the amenities and stay for the LOVE!

safety is great, treat you respectfully and provides all the necessary services for the tenants. Easy approachable, welcoming and friendly at all levels of management. I had great time during my visit.
