I want to share my experience with Prism Home Care because it honestly surprised me in the best way. Before I found them, almost every agency I called started with the same questions: “What insurance do you have?” “What’s your financial status?” It felt like they cared more about paperwork than about me as a person. Prism was completely different. When I called them, the first thing they wanted to know was how I was doing. Not my insurance. Not my money. Me. That alone told me I was dealing with a company that actually cares. I especially want to thank Chanel and Kennedy. These two changed everything for me. Chanel is warm, patient, and easy to talk to. She explains things in a way that makes sense and never makes you feel rushed. Kennedy is just as amazing — calm, organized, and truly caring. Together, they made me feel safe and supported during a time when I really needed it. I’ve been living with Multiple Sclerosis since 2012, and things got much harder for me around the start of the decade. I only got approved for Medicaid recently, and I was overwhelmed and honestly scared. I didn’t know where to start or who to trust. Chanel and Kennedy helped me feel hopeful again. They took their time with me. They talked to me like a human being, not a case number. They made me feel like I still have a future and that I’m not alone in this. If you’re looking for a home care agency that treats you with real kindness and respect, Prism Home Care is the one. Chanel and Kennedy are incredible, and I’m grateful for everything they’ve done for me.

Finding good care for an elderly family member has been a challenge in this area. But we definitely hit the jackpot with PRISM. From the initial assessment to placement of a caregiver was so easy, and it was done with such compassion. We had a lot of questions and concerns, and their team thought through everything and allayed our fears. Our caregiver is kind, patient and she can cook (which is a bonus)! We are grateful to have a trusted company to provide the care we need!!! Thank you.

My husband has services thru Prism home care and we both are so very grateful for the service that they provide and the care taker is assigned to him makes life so much easier which helps him out a lot so thank you for this assistance I will keep this service as long as I can .

They provided PCA services for my disabled adult son, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Working with them was trouble-free and reassuring from start to finish.
