Liz is one of the most caring staff who especially helped my mom. She really cared about her as a human being and wanted to make sure she was comfortable every night. Philip is another outstanding nurse who also works very hard at what he does and values the patients he is in charge of. This is extremely important to me. Last but not least Ann B.the woman who does her job so well to keep the facility spotless. She's a joy to speak to and really pays attention to details. To all the physical therapists and evaluator, thank you for helping my mom get stronger with her knee. U made a big difference in her life and one I will celebrate. God bless you all and can't wait to bring mom on a visit after her knee surgery.

I recently visited this nursing home to see a family member and was honestly impressed with how clean everything was. The hallways, common areas, and rooms all smelled fresh and looked very well maintained. You can tell the staff has really been putting effort into keeping the facility clean and comfortable for the residents. The nurses and caregivers were friendly and attentive, and the environment felt much more welcoming than I expected. One thing that stood out compared to previous visits was how organized and spotless everything seemed lately. It definitely gave me more peace of mind knowing my loved one is staying in a place that takes cleanliness seriously.

A friend of ours has been at Life Care Center of South Las Vegas for a couple of weeks. He is receiving good care there & we are very pleased with the way he is treated! I would like to compliment the following staff as well. These staff members go above & beyond to help their patients & to assist visitors who are in need of their help. He is in unit 3 and the manager for that unit is Shana. Shana really makes sure that the unit is running up to the expectations that are needed to care for the patients & if there is a request for something she will make it happen. I would also like to compliment two of the nurses, Donesha & Shima. My friend had to be moved to the hospital for a few days & Donesha personally took care of all of his belongings so that they would not be misplaced . Shima also goes out of her way to help. Both of these nurses show not only their professional side but a compassionate side as well! We want to thank all three for putting our minds at ease knowing that our friend is being taken care of! Finally to the front desk staff , thank you for the smiles and welcoming feeling we get when we enter the building. We usually see Wendy however there are others that we have dealt with & they all deserve to be recognized! Thank you , Paula & Larry Beck

My aunt Miranda recently stayed at Life Care Center of South Las Vegas while recovering from a hip replacement recently, and our family had a wonderful experience. The Nursing Director Nicole and Unit Manager Jessa were absolutely amazing with communication throughout her stay. They kept us informed, answered all of our questions, and truly showed compassion and professionalism every step of the way. The nursing staff took great care of her and helped make her recovery smooth and comfortable. It gave our family in Arizona peace of mind knowing she was in such caring hands. Thank you to the entire team at Life Care Center of South Las Vegas for the excellent care and support!

A family member with mobility issues that I am a caregiver to, was sent to Life Care Center after a stay in the hospital for an infection. I am generally skeptical about healthcare services in Nevada as I am a lifelong Bostonian where we have excellent healthcare. National surveys I’ve seen put Nevada among the bottom states for quality of healthcare. Scary…. My family member had been in 2 other rehabs of questionable quality in the Las Vegas area, one of which sent her home bedridden, unable to walk or use the bathroom independently for several weeks. They kept her in bed with a catheter and a bed pan unless the PT staff gave her a 20 minute session a few times a week. She also came home with bed sores from being left in bed day in and day out. Life Care Center was a very pleasant surprise. Their staff is warm and engaging as well as professional. They are also very approachable, not often the case with rehab staff. My questions were answered thoughtfully and respectfully. My family member had excellent care and PT during her stay and in fact, is able to walk better than I’ve seen her walk in the 5 years I’ve been living in the area with her. The level of care I observed each day was excellent. I would recommend Life Care Center to anyone who needs a rehab stay as a transition from hospital to home.
