Ramona is an Angel! I live in MN & my Dad is in AZ! I can’t believe how fast she worked to get my Dad into Bella’s Care Home. On a Saturday she FaceTimed me and toured the two houses we were looking at for my dad. I honestly do not think I could’ve done this without Ramona. She is absolutely awesome to work with and she cares tremendously! Ramona is a huge asset to this company! Thank you, Ramona! 🩷🩷

Ramona reached out to me during a difficult time of navigating the next steps in a family health crisis. She was very compassionate and empathetic to our situation. No pressure, just had information and knowledge to give us options we may not have thought of. She talked to us about our needs and showed us several group homes that could possibly work. We are very happy with the group home we chose. The caregivers are great and show compassion, kindness, and patience. I know my loved one is in the right place to get stronger and come home soon.
