This skilled nursing facility has exceeded all expectations. The staff is not only highly professional, but also incredibly compassionate. Everyone we encountered—nurses, caregivers, and administrative staff—was attentive, communicative, and truly invested in quality care. It’s clear they prioritize both residents’ well-being and families’ peace of mind. I can’t recommend them enough

I came in today to visit a loved one who had just recently been admitted, and I wasn’t sure where their room was. The receptionist, Elisa, greeted me with a smile and was incredibly kind and welcoming. She didn’t hesitate to help me and made sure I was directed to the correct room right away. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful visit so much easier. It’s always appreciated when you’re greeted with genuine kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you, Elisa, for making such a positive first impression!

When I was looking at rehabilitation options for my mom, we toured Bella Vita, and I cannot say enough great things about our experience. Although my mom ultimately improved enough to return home with home health services, Bella Vita was without a doubt our number one choice. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with genuine kindness and professionalism. The facility was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and made us feel comfortable during what was a very stressful time for our family. One thing that really stood out was a young lady was the receptionist, she immediately stepped in to help us, was incredibly polite and compassionate, and made sure we were connected with the right person for our tour. She didn’t hesitate to assist us, and that level of customer service made a lasting impression. The team took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the rehabilitation process, and made us feel like my mom would truly be cared for as a person, not just another patient. It was clear that the staff genuinely cares about the residents and their families. Even though our circumstances changed and my mom was able to return home instead, I would not hesitate to recommend Bella Vita to anyone looking for compassionate, high quality rehabilitation or skilled nursing care. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome and giving us peace of mind during an important decision.
