Staff is extremely helpful and respectful to clients and family from the cna to the business director.

My mother went in for rehabilitation/ physical therapy. A month later she came out weaker than when she went in and the outpatient physical therapy which was supposed to start 48-72 hours after her release have yet to happen and it has been a week. Not happy.

I always enjoy my visit with my mom when I come to St. James Manor &Villas. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they take good care of my mom.

The staff I talked to were great . I do not feel you have enough staff you can smell urine in hall way at times . My brother can not walk so he needs help he should not be afraid to bother staff if he needs too .

There have been positive changes to the facility which speak volumes about the new administration. The new Administrator takes time to answer your questions when in need. Staff have been in constant contact with me with concerns and updates on my Moms well being and overall I feel s sense of relief knowing my Mom is happy.
