There's great things about St. Anthony's and some things that aren't so great like with any nursing home. Some of the staff is amazing. There's a lot of agency staff which diminishes the personal care and relationship the residents receive. I always leave visits, feeling like my mother is safe.

My 92yo grandmother was forced to come here to recover from her hip surgery, and it was a horrible experience. As others have mentioned, the neglect is apparent. And, someone went into her room while she was sleeping and stole things. When reported, they didn't care at all. It's terrifying to me to think people can just go into a vulnerable 92yo woman's room and steal things without anyone noticing or caring. If you love your family DO NOT put them in this place.

I am writing to express my deepest disappointment and outrage at the substandard care provided to my grandmother. Since she was admitted to your facility, I have witnessed a dramatic decline in her physical and mental well-being. The staff seems uninterested and unresponsive to my grandmother's needs. She has been left alone for extended periods, her meals are often cold or inedible, and her room is filthy. I have repeatedly raised concerns, but nothing has changed. I will be reporting this matter to the appropriate authorities and seeking legal advice. Your facility has failed my grandmother and my family, and I will not tolerate it.

Worst place THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE to leave your loved one if I could give it ZERO stars I most definitely would. While the facility may look nice an all staff smiles in your face the neglect that the nurses show is 5 stars along with other staff but not all of them. More specifically Jessie Carlisle LVN who when my mother fell an asked to have the ambulance called for her Jessie Carlisle did not my mother had to call the ambulance on herself for herself. When the ambulance arrived Jessie Carlisle stated that my mother wasn’t hollering before they came DUE to that fall my mother had to have emergency surgery on her hip. When asked about the situation administer Tammy and DON Pam advised that they could not disclose information about what was going to be done they both have very nasty attitudes when speaking with residents and family members an are very UNHELPFUL, disrespectful when speaking with you or have sarcastic tone, an show no type of concern for what you have to say or the resident to say the least. Once state became involved now my mother is being transferred to another facility upon the plan of care giving by physical therapy which both myself an mother voiced was TOO SOON an had fallen the night before not once but twice. Regardless their minds were already made up an she was leaving when asked for the owners information once again that information could not be giving but Tammy advices that she will get the message to them and someone call me but who will it be because I don’t even have a name for the owner. So my suggestion to anyone looking in this direction please look elsewhere if you actually care about your loved ones

St. Anthony's is a nice, clean place, at least from what I could see through my Mom's window and through the front door, due to the no visitors Covid policy. My Mom was there for rehab following surgery and was released too soon. I was told her physical capabilities that far exceeded what she was actually able to do, now we're faced with the challenge of finding another facility to complete the rehab she needs. This is mentally very hard on her
