I would leave 0 if I could.. this is not a rehabilitation center, this is a place to let someone go to end their lives. The rehab staff that I did encounter were great, but they are there only for that (one brief visit in four days that I was aware of). otherwise the nurses and staff are clueless to patient needs besides heavily medicating instead of treatment efforts or actual care of the residents. Will add photos when(if) admin actually contacts back.

This facility may not look pretty, but the people who work here are truly amazing. My brother-in-law is there currently. He has said they all treat him very well. On one specific visit; it was me, my husband, and my son visiting. My son actually passed out during the visit and all the nurses came running and ran his vitals and encouraged us to go to the ER which I am so glad we did. No one hesitated in assisting us and everyone is so friendly from the time you walk in to the building to all their support staff. Anna has been great and always communicated very fast with me.

I was nervous about moving my dad into a place that's not close to home. He's been here for several months now and it's the best decision I made. The staff if AWESOME and take great care of my dad!

Our family has been so impressed with the care at Spring Creek Nursing & Rehab. The entire staff has been incredibly welcoming and attentive and the administrators are excellent. The nurses and caregivers go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable, engaged, and well-cared for. We've seen a real improvement in our mom’s spirits and well-being since she moved in, and it's clear the team truly cares. The facility is always clean, and there are always activities happening. It gives us such peace of mind knowing mom is in such capable and compassionate hands.

Spring Creek Nursing has been wonderful for my mom. Top notch administrators, very responsive nursing care and support staff. Clean and nice rooms. The daily activities and frequent celebrations are wonderful and engaging. Residents are well cared for. My mom loves the food and new friends she has made!
