The staff is very friendly and have taken care of every need for my Mom, including special attention at move in. When I toured the facility I thought the interior and grounds were very well maintained and was surprised to learn it has been in operation longer than I thought. The residents seem nice too. It doesn't have the feeling of being a care facility; but, rather, it has a very homely feeling.

Our Aunt lives at Spring Arbor. She's been there many years and it is her home sweet home. She absolutely loves her room and has it decorated with all of her favorite things. Everyday she participates in a variety of fun and innovative activities either with the activities director or sometimes a volunteer and also with the therapist on site. She adores her therapist because she's very energetic and just smiling all the time. The thing about Spring Arbor that I love the most is that the staff all seem to know each resident's personal likes and dislikes and they cater to that and are very thoughtful of all the different personalities. Whoever walks through the doors of Spring Arbor of Wilson is bound to very quickly make a friend with the staff and residents. Spring Arbor gives top-notch care, the facility is very well maintained, and they plan the best special events often providing the outstanding musical talents of the Kangaroo Gang. This musical group is my aunt's favorite and we always look forward to them coming. Hats off to to the staff at Spring Arbor for taking such good care of our sweet Aunt all these years.

My Uncle lives here and, as he tells us boys, “I couldn’t ask for better people or better care.” We visit weekly and there has never been any complaint from him or us. I would rate them a 10 out of 10!!!!

We have had a wonderful experience at spring arbor of wilson. They have provided respite care as well as long term care for our mother. She has made many new friends there and enjoys all the activities. There is always something fun to do. The staff is very caring and attentive to each resident providing the level of care each one needs. We highly recommend spring arbor of wilson to anyone needing assisted living.
