First class community. Well run. Excellent executive director. Very “home” feel. We highly recommend it to people in Rocky Mount and Nah county as well as to patients when they need to take the next step.

Spring Arbor has taken in my 94 year old great aunt and treated her like family. The place is very clean and well kept. The staff is awesome and they always greet us with a smile. Big shout out to Ibby for assisting my mother (Joyce) with getting her aunt admitted. We will definitely recommend this place.

My 96 year old mother had resisted going to an assisted living facility for years but due to health reasons had no choice. Spring Arbor gladly accepted her in September 2023. Mom at first complained as nothing was like home to her. Within a few weeks she accepted being there, liked being taken care of and loved the food. She now tells everyone she is very satisfied and how good the food is. Her complaints are very minimal. She enjoys playing bingo and many other activities. The entire staff has treated her well. Taking care of the elderly isn’t an easy task. The staff of Spring Arbor Rocky Mount do a very commendable job. It is such a relief to know your mother is being properly cared for and has someone to help her 24/7 and will contact you when needed.

My mother has been a resident of Spring Arbor of Rocky Mount for over 6 years. Our family is very pleased with the care she receives. The staff is kind and compassionate. They do not hesitate to communicate with me anytime there is a change with Mom or she has a need. Wonderful activities are available for the residents, and the meals are great! I love the way they make the dining experience so special with cloth tablecloths, napkins and flowers. Definitely a homelike atmosphere! I highly recommend Spring Arbor.

In 2015, my mother had brain surgery and given very little time to live. 8 years later, she is doing great and I give the Spring Arbor of Raleigh Assisted Living full credit. Early this year the facility had a fire, all residents safely evacuated and how difficult it would be to find another incredible facility. Spring Arbor of Rocky Mount took my mom and have exceeded my expectations. From a proactive, professional and kind office management team (thanks Elizabeth for all you do), to a full team that provides my mom great care. I am truly grateful for the Spring Arbor of Rocky Mount team!
