I was introduced to Spring Arbor by Kimberly Dixon who is a wonderful asset to the company. Kim always makes sure that the residents are taken care of. Oh, and I love the Parade of Trees that is yearly for Christmas 🎄

Dominion Senior Living, Crossville, was my mother's home for nearly 2 years before she passed away at age 91. Dominion is a beautiful building outside and inside the facility. The office staff, nurses, techs, therapists, hair stylist, food service personnel, activity leaders, maintenance and housekeeping employees, all, are exceptional at their jobs. They all work as a team to establish a friendly, comfortable, family atmosphere. My mother's needs were met daily with loving care and especially when she needed hospice care while still being a resident. I visited my mother and other residents frequently and enjoyed occasional meals and holiday activities there. The meals and service are great. I made many friends there these 2 years, and sure will miss them all!

My Aunt Billie came to reside at Dominion in October of 2016. She lived there til the day she passed away in December, 2022. It was a big adjustment for her. The staff and management worked with us through every problem that we encountered while she got used to her new home and way of life. They were diligent in helping her become comfortable as a new resident, and eventually it became her home and they were her new extended family. Activities. Food. The country drives. The entertainment. The arts and crafts. Many activities and extras too numerous to mentioned. 6 years she lived there. She was well cared for and happy in her home. Her family is beyond grateful for all the love and friendships she had there throughout her stay. Some places aren’t perfect for some, while for others, it’s an exact fit. For her, she was home until her end. Our experience with Dominion has been outstanding.

My Dad lives here, he's been the for a few months. He is an Alhiemers patient. He was given more medication than his neurologist said he should have. He was supposed to get a maximum of 75mg of medication because he's an Alhiemers patient. A month or so after he arrived there they increased it to 300mg a day. He started falling and could not speak properly. He also started to get aggressive they said. My step sister is a nurse who worked with Alhiemers patients and she knows how to talk and treat them. She was well trained at it. Obviously some of the staff at this facility don't use there training. The facility has now given him a 30 day notice to leave. It's sad and also my Step Mom spent thousands of dollars to get him in there and bought furniture, too. You have to know how to talk to and treat these type of patients. They respond well if you use your training. The facility looks beautiful but care needs to be better. This review started last month. My Dad was kicked out of Dominion Senior care a few days ago. He passed away today with 3 brain bleeds for their care. This facility should be shut down !!.
