Moved in my new home in March 2022, it’s now Dec 2022 and still waiting for warranty work to be completed. The manager/ supervisor doesn’t take pride in customer satisfaction. I’ve called numerous times about the warranty issues and keep getting brushed off. This March we will do the final walk through and I’m sure I’ll get more of the brush off. The subs do good work but the management and field staff don’t care. If you have questions about the builder I would be glad to tell you more.

Very nice place to visit or live. Friendly people, great trails for walking, plenty of golf to have. Downfall is not many great restaurants to choose from, but there is some good ones. Price to be here is good, as far as it compares to the rest of country. It's situated in between Nashville and Knoxville, so not too far from the big city.

Visited with our daughters with the hopes of buying a lot for retirement. Lots to do for all. We enjoyed a beautiful family hike on the well maintained ridge trail. The lakes are incredible with kayaking, boating and even a beach area. The golf courses are first class and the club houses have great views and food. We were happy to buy a lot on our trip and look forward to retiring at the glade. So close to Knoxville and Nashville. The area offers lots of outdoor activities.
