Mom fell at home on a Tuesday and her caregiver, CC, found her and activated LifeAlert. Mom was transported to Cumberland Medical Center and then to UT Knoxville. CC stayed with my mom the whole time and even went up to UT Knoxville with Mom. I was out of town during the whole incident and not back until Thursday. I cannot speak highly enough of CC and Home Instead! They really came thru to help my mom when I could not. Highly recommend Home Instead!
