I was at Spokane Falls for two weeks for rehab after a hospital stay. I found the help to be very congenial and ready to take care of your needs. I found the whole facility to be very clean & tidy. The PT & OT helped me get my strength back to go home. I was very happy to have chosen Spokane Falls for my rehab.

My boyfriend recently recovered at this care facility, and we’re so grateful for the amazing staff who supported him along the way. The PT/OT team—Darren, Kendall, and Christin—played a huge role in his recovery and progress. The nursing staff, including Anastasia, Betty Jane, Anderson, Ongeshi, and Raquel, Garret, were incredibly hardworking and always made sure he felt heard and cared for. The CNAs—Jessica, Kaya, Kalu, Gilbert, and Angela—were also wonderful and attentive to his daily needs. Sean, who runs activities, brought great energy and made an effort to create fun events throughout the week. Brandy from admissions was extremely helpful answering any and all questions for Ethan’s family, and Emily from admissions was also so helpful during Ethan’s discharge process. Lacey and Adde at the front reception were always so welcoming when entering the building, which made every visit feel comfortable. Rich, the driver who took Ethan to appointments, was always kind and made even the earliest mornings easier. There were many other staff members not listed here who were also incredibly helpful and kind, and we truly appreciate everyone who played a part in Ethan’s recovery. Thank you all for making such a difference!

The PT/ OT team here are amazing. Darren, Kendall, and Christin were beyond helpful with my healing process. The team that helps with PT OT is what really makes a difference in your healing. The nursing team such as Anastasia, Betty Jane, Anderson, Ongeshi, and Raquel were top notch. The nursing team is very skilled and well beyond adequate. They work extremely hard to have us patients here feel cared for and heard. The CNAs who made my daily needs feel important such as Jessica, Kaya, Kalu, Gilbert, and Angela are amazing. Sean the main person over activities for the week helps to make every day of the week feel like there’s some fun event that Will be going on. He helps bring a young experience to the nursing home to make it to where he said himself. If he had to send a loved one here he don’t wanna make sure they’re having a great time. Then of course, admissions team were amazing and very helpful with any need I had. Rich, the driver who took me to all my appointments, was very kind and helped make even the earliest mornings feel great.

I am new to Spokane Area (moved here to be close to family) My elderly 84 mother was admitted to Sacred Heart for 2+ weeks due to many complications. Mom needed to continue with IV antibiotics therefore Sacred Heart wanted to move mom to a local SNF. Being new to the area, I did not know what SNF to choose. A local friend (in the business) recommended I look at Spokane Falls as she told me "Spokane Falls has new management and team members, therefore is making huge changes to correct things from the past". As a medical provider myself, I did not know what to do or choose what local SNF, so I put my faith into my friend and picked Spokane Falls. I AM SO HAPPY I DID!! This place is AWESOME! Why? Because they care!!!!! The whole team (Nurses, CNA, Rehab Team, Social workers, Front desk, management,Billing dept......etc) was simply outstanding!! There are so many people to recognize, therefore is hard for me to list all. Never the less I want to put a special thanks out to the rehab team: *Darren DPT *Kristy OT *Kyle SLP *Garret head RN *Brandy Coordinator specialist *Countless CNAs, LPNs and RNs I would feel very comfortable of returning to this SNF, if my mother is in need in the future. To all the staff at Spokane Falls......KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING!! Thank you for the recommendation.......Emily Thanks again to all! Steve
