Riverview Retirement

Riverview Retirement is a continuing care retirement community in Spokane, Washington, offering a full continuum of care on a single campus. The community provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care services, along with outpatient therapy and home-based care options.

Independent living residents enjoy maintenance-free living with a variety of floor plans across three campus areas, ranging from casual to luxury options. The community handles cooking and cleaning, allowing residents to focus on their lifestyle. Assisted living services include certified medical support and daily living assistance. The memory care facility engages residents mentally, physically, and socially to enhance quality of life.

Riverview Outpatient Therapy offers evidence-based physical therapy, occupational therapy, and other rehabilitative services. Home Health provides nursing and skilled therapy services delivered where residents live, while RiverCare home care assists with non-nursing support for daily living. The community also partners with hospice providers through its Home for Hospice service model.

The campus is located at 1801 E. Upriver Drive along the Centennial Trail on the Spokane River. Riverview is a not-for-profit organization and is the only assisted living facility in Spokane staffed with a nurse on site 24 hours a day. The community offers recreational activities including woodworking, fitness, swimming, and music programs to keep residents active.
