Been here about 8 months and honestly I love it! Purchased a brand new CBS home. Very quiet and secure, beautiful grounds and clubhouse! Neighbors and people very friendly and clubhouse staff are great! The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star review is the ridiculous rule regarding anyone under the age of 35 must leave the pool by 1:00pm! I have 3 adult children (30, 27 and 23 - a nurse, a teacher and a soon to be chef) and honestly it's ridiculous and embarrassing that they have they have to leave the pool by 1:00pm! I was told at an HOA meeting that this age rule has been in place for a very long time and cannot be changed! In my opinion it should be changed to 21...other than that it's a great community! :)

It wasn't a recent visit... I now live in there. 2 stars are a reflection of the corporate end of park. So far I like residents, the pool & other amenities & the activities & such.<br>HOWEVERI DO NOT LIKE THE WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE. USING SCARE TACTICS ON ELDERLY FOLK??!!?? COME ON!!! THAT IS JUST WRONG! Why not offer some assistRance, NOT EVICTION!! SHAME!!🙂‍↔️😤😡😖

My parents have lived here for the past 15 plus years , extremly clean and detailed with the property and their home. They were told recently they had to remove there deck that is stained and painted and was absolutely beautiful and was not seen by the road not one thing wrong with it. They have several friends with the same experience and yet they to have beautiful homes that are very well taken care of , I can see if the property is not taken care of or an eye sore but I am shocked to hear that this place targets poor seniors to take down something that made them happy or put there hard earned money towards building it. My family's deck has been up for over 10 years its absolutely discusting how this place operates.<br>This park should target people with poor house conditions and not the people who take pride in there home. Maybe help them not destroy what they call home and what make them happy.<br>I would think twice before buying from them and really look at the new rules.
