Aqua Care has exceeded expectations with CNA that normally care for Mom, but anticipate her needs so she doesn’t have to ask. She is very fond of the ladies. Chelsea and Billie is the office have provided clear and consistent support. I can text her 7 days a week at all hours and I always get a prompt response. In my career I hired many healthcare personnel and I would hire Chelsea to represent my company. She is a real honest and hard worker. You are lucky to have a dedicated professional. When she was out, Billie also provided excellent service. I’m impressed w Acqu care, mom insisted on your agency…and we’ve been through a few!!

This was the first HomeHealth agency I worked with as I had no experience finding care for an ailing parent and I was desperate to find help. I learned a valuable lesson - don’t rush into a decision…AND get a quote IN WRITING; also keep a very close eye on billing. This agency charged my account $40+ per shift than the cost I agreed to. Of course, I didn’t discover the discrepancy until two weeks later (*14 shifts) so the difference was substantial.<br>Just because a company may rank 1st in a Google search doesn’t make it any better, or trustworthy, than those you’ll find further down the page. Learn from my mistake.
