My Grandmother is a resident here and I felt the need to say how awesome the staff and care has been at Watercrest SLW. I have been to visit her several times and always felt a closeness from the staff, and enjoyed every meal I had with my Grandma. The facility is also always kept up and clean, which is very important. I also wanted to give special shout outs to Bobi, the Executive director, Diann the community relations director and Arianna the lifestyle director. I have had the opportunity to speak with all of them on different occasions and felt like my opinion mattered, even as just a grandson. This is truly a special place and anyone who’s thinking about moving in has found the right place.

Watercrest helped me through a tough time. They were an amazing group of people from top to bottom. The nursing staff was tremendous! They made the uncomfortable comfortable. I haven't had better service from 5 star resorts. The food was not something you would expect from a senior living community. It was true comfort food with high end accents that made me gain weight because I couldn't stop eating it. The activities were plentiful and the business office made everything simple. Even the housekeeping staff was welcoming and made me comfortable. I can't recommend them enough.

Our experience with Watercrest St. Lucie has been truly exceptional from the very beginning. Diann and Shannon have made what could have been an overwhelming transition feel warm, welcoming, thoughtful, and remarkably easy.<br><br>They are both incredibly considerate, attentive, and thorough. Every interaction has been handled with genuine care, and they have been detailed and transparent in their communication every step of the way. We have always felt informed, supported, and confident that our questions and concerns were being heard and addressed. That level of communication means so much when making an important decision for a loved one.<br><br>The facility itself is beautiful. The rooms are lovely, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the grounds are absolutely stunning. Everything is meticulously maintained, with beautiful florals and landscaping that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It is a place that feels cared for, and that attention to detail is evident throughout.<br><br>Most importantly, I feel confident knowing that my father will be happy here. The environment is beautiful, but it is the people who truly make the difference. Diann and Shannon have helped make this transition feel less daunting and much more positive. Their kindness, professionalism, transparency, and genuine thoughtfulness have given our family tremendous peace of mind.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful for the experience we have had so far and look forward to seeing my father begin this next chapter at Watercrest St. Lucie. I would wholeheartedly recommend Watercrest to any family looking for a beautiful, caring, and welcoming place for their loved one.

Excellent experience ! Wonderful place! Staff is excellent!<br><br>I first met with Diann Mc Donough and the Watercrest team when my mother, Shirley was exploring your community and visited your facility several times. After my mother’s passing, I contacted Diann in person and she immediatly went well out of her way to help me in an emergency situation with the unexpected death of my dear Mother . Diann assisted me immediately with a tour. My stepfather, Charles, who was beginning to experience moderate Alzheimer’s disease/dementia, was suddenly without his partner in life , his dog he couldn’t care for , and unable to make his own meals. Diann kicked into action to help me while I was in a devasting position .<br>She gave me a tour , helped set up a room for him in memory care after it was decided after testIng he couldn’t go into regular assisted living .<br>From our very first conversation, Diann promptly helped me with setting up entrance to Watercress going through step by step procedures over several days . Her staff showed extraordinary compassion and professionalism. Diann quickly arranged an assessment for Charles, provided me with a personal tour of the community, and worked diligently to make room for him during an incredibly difficult time for our family. I will always be grateful for your willingness to help us so quickly.<br>Charles was in the early to moderate stages of dementia. The loss of my mother understandably caused him significant confusion and emotional distress. Despite these challenges, your staff welcomed him with patience, kindness, and dignity.<br>I returned with Charles a day or two later for his assessment, and he was accepted into your community.<br><br>While visiting, I was welcomed into the community as though I were family.<br><br>Every member of the staff treated both Charles and me with warmth, respect, patience, and compassion. The care, flexibility, and kindness shown by everyone at Watercrest made an enormous difference in Charles’s quality of life and gave me peace of mind.<br><br>Your dedication and professionalism will never be forgotten, and I will always speak highly of the exceptional care provided at Watercrest.

My appointment with Diann McDonough today was an exceptional experience. She understood my concerns and future needs, answered every question thoroughly and helpfully, and introduced me to a resident, a physician who shared his positive experiences (including having his life saved by staff at Watercrest). I even met the business manager with whom I share similar experiences with corporate mismanagement. She impressed me with her knowledge and integrity. I was told to visit this facility by a friend who knows it well and told me this is where she wants to be if/when it's necessary - because of the warm and kind people who are both staff and residents. I highly recommend you visit when you are considering a senior living community. So far, it's at the top of my list!
