I visit my mother in law weekly at Aviva. The staff is so friendly and very helpful! There are so many activities to keep the residents busy! It is clean and the food is good too!

Aviva has treated my grandmother great! I come for lunch many times and I love the hospitality and all of the Residence inside our fantastic everything inside is clean and it’s the perfect place! :)

Things that need to be changed. Remove walkers from dining room. Servers should all be on the same page. The chef is a good cook looks like they got it right this time. Resident favorites are very obvious. There should not be any favoritism as we are all one body. When rules are established they should be followed by residents and staff . Don’t make rules if they are not informed. One being the pet issue and also being aware of dining hours residents are coming in at 5 or later some are getting served others are asked to come back for the late sitting. Depends on the server again they should all be in the same page. . An answer to a question should never be I don’t know. I am not sure but I will find out and get back to you. (In a timely manner) is a better response. Thanks for the directory and the town hall meetings. Much appreciated. Kudos to Madison who wears many hats and performs perfectly always with a smile.Thanks for the promotion of Danielle no one knows Aviva and it’s residents better than she. I know with all the positive changes I will call Aviva my little slice of heaven once again.
