When the business practices do matter and nothing but the Best Outcome, assessment and understanding the event to drive full satisfaction and Peace of Mind!!!<br><br>8/26/26 Gary W. Evans, as you mentioned in your video -Give us a call to help you- Escalating because sometime a few cases are a missed and you don't have full visibility on the day-by-day activities due to other responsibilities. About 2-3 weeks ago, I requested services while traveling on business. Leaving tomorrow morning and service didn't arrive not a phone call to be acknowledged. Covering the expenses for my Mother's Care while traveling because someone from your Team dropped the ball.<br><br>Hard to run a business with tunnel vision. While the Aide caring from my Mother does a good job, the support should be for all departments within the organization.

It’s clear they truly care about the people they serve. They help with daily needs, provide companionship, and always go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled with patience and dignity. The HHAs and CNAs are outstanding.<br><br>Knowing that my parents are in such capable and caring hands gives our entire family tremendous peace of mind.
