If I could give Zero stars, I would. How this place is even considered or called "one of the best in St. Lucie County" is ridiculous. My grandparents are here, only because it was at their request because they thought it would be the cheapest option. We have had issue after issue with them there. At one point, my poor grandfather developed a cancerous lesion on his chest and an infected sore; we would never had known about them had my stepfather not decided to give him a bath (because he hadn't been bathed in days) and noticed them. When we pointed them out, we were told "Oh, we haven't seen those before" which told us just how LITTLE care they actually give. We had to transport him to a doctor 3 different times to get it cared for. We have also noticed on numerous occasions they have just let him wet himself. He needs help to the bathroom, but they never come in time. But this place never fails to constantly demand money from us for one thing or another and has even threatened my family with elder abuse when they didn't receive money right away, when it was a screw up in their billing department. They have not failed to mention to us, as well, that they are a FOR PROFIT company, so really all they care about is the money, not the actual people. I seriously advise people to NOT bring your family members here. All they want is your money and don't give any care to your family member(s)

Tiffany Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation is an exceptional facility that demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence in all aspects of care. The staff is highly trained, attentive, and professional, consistently showing compassion and respect toward patients. The physical and occupational therapy team collaborates closely with patients to ensure they receive appropriate, individualized treatment that supports their recovery and overall well-being. The nursing staff is equally commendable, providing compassionate care while maintaining each patient’s dignity. Additionally, the Admissions, Social Services, and Business Office teams work cohesively to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for patients and their families. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and supportive approach help create a reassuring environment during what can often be a challenging time. Administrator Dianne is consistently accessible and responsive, addressing questions and concerns with care and professionalism. Her leadership contributes significantly to the facility’s commitment to timely, high-quality service and patient satisfaction. Overall, I extend my sincere appreciation to Dianne and the entire team for their dedication and the exceptional level of care they provide.

If it was possible to give a negative review i would. So many issues arose while my Mother was in this facility that were never truly addressed. A small bandaid was put on it and the wound just opened back up again. If you cannot sit there everyday with your loved one and watch what goes on i suggest you do not send them to this facility.

It is a no for my family. I wanted to love it because it’s so close to our home but my mother’s 12 hour stay was all bad. She was transferred from the pcu at HCA with a clear breakdown of her medication schedule. Upon arrival we inquired about her medication. I was told that we couldn’t administer hers that we had on hand. 3hrs later, still nothing. Before leaving for the night, I was told she’s in good hands. The next morning, my mother tells me she still hadn’t had her meds. My mother needed assistance with using the bathroom. Didn’t get it in time so she had to wet herself. I also want to make a note that I squished two roaches while we awaited the bedpan. The majority of the staff felt welcoming. I was told only one nurse was short and rude with my mother but apparently she switched up to be nice when other nurses came around. Overall my mom hated her stay and I hate that for her.

We have gone from one nightmare to another, and I truly cannot understand why individuals choose to work in a profession when they clearly dislike what they do. My grandmother was transferred to this facility, and although I tried to remain hopeful, those hopes were quickly crushed within the first week as everything began to decline. This is not a facility where family members can relax or trust that their loved ones are receiving proper care. We have had to stay vigilant every step of the way. My grandmother is here to be rehabilitated, but how can anyone heal or progress in an environment where the standard of care is deplorable? There is absolutely no sense of urgency among the staff. These are elderly patients many with serious medical needs yet call buttons are ignored for up to 50 minutes. That level of neglect is unacceptable. The dismissive, unpleasant attitudes displayed by several staff members are also deeply concerning. These patients are the very reason this staff is employed, yet they are treated as burdens rather than human beings deserving of dignity and compassion. One staff member in particular, Farrah(nurse), stands out for her unprofessionalism. “Nasty” does not even begin to describe her demeanor. She attempted to argue with me, claiming she was not the tech assigned to my grandmother’s room. Regardless of her assignment, she is still a nurse, and nurses are not exempt from providing basic patient care. Her refusal to assist was unacceptable. During what we assumed would be a normal visit, my mother and I were met with yet another disturbing situation. My grandmother who suffers from gout her hand swollen like a balloon, along with severely swollen ankles and feet. This was due to the fact that only one staff member carries the key to the supply closet, resulting in unnecessary delays in care. Again, a complete lack of urgency for a patient dealing with significant fluid retention. When she needed to use the restroom, we waited approximately 30 minutes with no response to the call light. Eventually, my mother and I had to help her ourselves. What exactly are nurses being paid for if family members have to step in to perform their duties? We even timed the response on purpose just to confirm what we already suspected. I attempted to speak with Connie, the floor manager. Not only was she unavailable at her office, but when we finally reached her, she was dismissive and indifferent. Her lack of concern explains a lot about the culture of the staff under her supervision. What makes this worse is that the entire facility continues to show no accountability for their actions. Instead of addressing the issue with honesty or empathy, they sent the nurse practitioner into the room to “smooth things over.” Rather than listening to our concerns, she chose to boast about her credentials, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. This approach did nothing to resolve the situation or acknowledge the seriousness of our concerns. At this facility, any attempt to ask reasonable questions about a loved one is immediately met with accusations of being “hostile.” Instead of offering clarity or compassion, staff respond defensively, as if they’re already guilty of wrongdoing. The overall tone and attitude throughout this facility are unacceptable cold, dismissive, and completely lacking the empathy that families deserve. I fully intend to escalate this situation as far as necessary. The care here is unsafe, unprofessional, and emotionally damaging, and changes must be made immediately.
