Place is not that great. Staff are very dismissive and you often see them just hanging around and chatting with other staff. I had asked for the staff in charge of the wing my father in law was staying on so i could get something to clean the room with and hangers to hang up the items we brought but the only response I got was a pointing of the finger and "I dont know". Definitely was not a professional atmosphere and gave off they are just there to hang out type of vibes. I feel for the patients here if they dont have immediate family who can.drop by amd check on them.and also my father in law has been pressing the button for help an nobody has been there to help him

My stay at southpark Meadows was for the wound care healing process as I walked in it was a clean environment or patients in clean and base with my experience CNAs very attentive cheerful with a good morning star punctual when needed each staff member welcomed and introduce himself as their job title duties and responsibilities wound care members were excellent as well as the therapist precise on explanation of each exercise. Overall I give it my highest recommendation/referral in a medical recuperation care

Place is not that great. Staff are very dismissive and you often see them just hanging around and chatting with other staff. I had asked for the staff in charge of the wing my uncle was staying on so i could get something to clean the room with and hangers to hang up the items we brought but the only response I got was a pointing of the finger and "I dont know". Definitely was not a professional atmosphere and gave off they are just there to hang out type of vibes. I feel for the patients here if they dont have immediate family who can.drop by amd check on them. My uncle can't walk and is just left in the room with no water or way to call for help. There is a phone in the room however you can't press a bottom to get someone at the front you have to memorize and call the number directly (mind you this is a nursing home amd rehabilitation center some of these folks can't remember their name and room numbers). I feel someone should really make it easier for the patients to get in contact with someone their by a press of a button or something.

In my previous stay at South park Meadows Emmy was the best nurse. She is gone now and my experience was different. Dora was great but the other nurses now are not as personable or kind. In both stays therapy was the shining star of my experience at South Park Meadows. The staff was very knowledgeable and had my recovery time minimized for returning closer to my normal capabilities. They were excellent despite my pain. In addition they gave me pointers on how to improve even after my discharge from the facility.
