West Oaks Nursing and Rehab Center helped make my recuperation from a broken hip as delightful as such an experience can be. The whole staff without exception treated me and everyone else that I observed with respect, kindness and compassion. They were responsive to my needs and performed their respective jobs skillfully and professionally. The overall atmosphere was positive and pleasant. The meals were balanced and appetizing and offered a variety of choices.

This place is a nightmare! Staff is always short! Nurses some have no compassion for the clients who lives there! Wound care is awful one seems to get worse while there instead of better!should have the will to live not die due the the care of the staff working there! It should be more then just a check!

Staff is very friendly, caretakers do there job well. They provide one on one inpatient physical therapy, rehab therapy. The place is nice and clean. The environment is quiet and comforting. Yes I recommend if you need rehabilitation go here. It's on slaughter ln in Austin Tx.
