My sister had a wound suction machine and they refursed to empty it when it got full and green because the doc wouldn't get in for a few days and it was backing up into the wound and they wouldn't call 911, WE had to step around them to save her life and call the emergency people. And they were more concerned that it wasn't THEM who called than that we did do the call. The orderly was afraid he would get in trouble and then when they found out it was us and not him that called they were relieved for some reason, but she was DYING.

I know two others who went there. One was dead in 3 days from (also) an infection she got while there, and her husband was not notified about it until it was over, he said. Same company.

Another is in there right now and not answering the phone on the 4th floor... it just rings for 30 minutes to an hour at a time and noboy is coming to answer... you have to go there in person. I REALLY hope she isn't dead. I have been trying to reach herr for days and the phone just rings endlessly and nobody answers, not even an employee.

And they are charging us to be treated like this.

They asked my opinion. Here it is.

I would rather be homeless than there while I recover. The antibiotics don't like to respond to what they have there. If they want to push me on this, I have a lot more and some politicians that I should be talking to and a supreme court justice who commented on something I said at the family runion in their book. I am not okay with this and am hoping things are better and they didn't kill another patient. Check to see what fines they get and their track-record with government and regulatory people.

This place was disgusting! They dont wipe the tables after meals, There food is so awful. Its so awful that our elderly and people going there to get stronger should be eating well. There r no snacks except peanut butter and jelly and ham and cheese sandwiches. The Ham and cheese was awful idk if it was ham and cheese honestly! There Peanut butter and jelly is awful! They just put enough to color the bread. Look at the picture! This is a dinner and they get nothing else after! That's not acceptable!

Good inpatient care but they don’t follow up They claim they ordered hearing aides months ago but never followed up and obtained them. They never did anything to obtain them. The staff member responsible for follow up is a nice lady but won’t do her job in this regard.
